Land Operations & Dispositions Coordinator (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re Blue Dream Property Ventures LLC, a fast-growing land investment company seeking a rockstar Operations & Dispositions Coordinator to join our team.

If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, a fast learner, and comfortable communicating with vendors, title companies, and drone services, we want you!

Responsibilities:

Research and assist with vacant land comps (training provided)
Coordinate with soil test companies, title companies, and drone operators
Create property listings for Facebook, ---------- , Zillow (templates provided)
Perform due diligence on new properties (GIS, zoning, access)
Track deals from contract to closing in our CRM (Pebble)
Communicate with our team daily via Slack/WhatsApp
Requirements:

Experience in real estate, land comps, or title work is a big plus
Excellent written and verbal English
Great organizational skills
Familiar with Google Workspace, Facebook Marketplace, and basic Excel
Bonus: Experience with CRM tools (like Pebble), Launch Control, or similar
