We’re hiring a full-time Creative + Content Operations VA to help us grow. This role blends design, content management, organization, and light video editing. If you're creative, detail-obsessed, and love systems—this might be your dream job.

Position Details
Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Remote (PH-based only)

Starting Salary: $700–$750 USD/month

Performance Raise: Increase to $850–$950 after 90 days based on results

Bonuses available for milestones and growth

Long-term, stable position

Paid test task required

Reports directly to the founder

Your Role
You’ll be responsible for:

Content Design & Repurposing
Designing Instagram carousels, quotes, story graphics using Canva Pro

Repurposing Reels into carousels or captions using ChatGPT

Following brand guides and voice with precision

Video Editing (Light)
Editing short-form Reels (15–30 sec) using CapCut or Canva Video

Adding subtitles, captions, formatting for Instagram/TikTok

Content Management
Maintaining a weekly content calendar in Google Sheets

Organizing all files in Google Drive by client, pillar, and format

Keeping track of “top content” for repurposing

Uploading and scheduling posts

Client Deliverables
Organizing and updating client content folders

Uploading final carousels, story files, video drafts

Preparing internal trackers with content status
