Marketing Assistant

About Us:
West Avenue Marketing specializes in digital marketing for real estate agents, interior designers, architects, and custom home builders. We help our clients build their brands, generate leads, and grow their businesses. I’ve reached my capacity as an individual freelancer, and I need someone to help my business grow. If you’re creative, proactive, and love real estate or home design, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:
Create marketing content (social media graphics, email newsletters, landing pages, mockups, etc.)
Write engaging copy for websites, social media, emails, and blog posts
Support with basic website content updates. There is no coding required, we typically work with “drag and drop” website editors.
Assist in responding to and applying for project proposals and awards
Help manage social media posting and light engagement
Organize and track marketing tasks and progress using project management tools
Set up, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, & TikTok Ads)
Analyze ad performance and provide basic reporting on campaign results

Requirements:
Strong graphic design skills
Being proficient in Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express, or similar
Proficient in English
We encourage the use of AI, but we don’t want to sound like AI. Being able to enhance copy with proper grammar, clarity, and tone is important.
We will meet virtually once a week. I’m located in Central Standard Time, you must have availability to meet at 7:00 am Philippine Standard Time (PST) or 7:00 pm (PST)
Reliable internet connection
Ability to meet deadlines independently
Attention to detail, creative mindset, and organized work ethic
Proactive communicator and collaborator. I’m looking for someone to have marketing discussions with and bring new ideas to the table.
Experience with email marketing platforms
Social media scheduling tools
Familiarity with WordPress or drag and drop website editors like Wix, Squarespace, etc.
Video editing skills for long and short form videos
It’s a bonus if you have experience marketing for real estate, interior design, or similar industries!
