???? Virtual Loan Assistant – Business Loans & MCA Funding (Full-Time, Remote)
We are a U.S.-based lending company that helps small businesses and real estate investors access funding through Business Purpose Loans and Merchant Cash Advances (MCA). We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Loan Assistant to support our sales and funding team.

???? What You'll Do:

Handle inbound leads – no cold calling

Qualify business owners and real estate investors based on funding requirements

Take loan applications and enter client info into our CRM

Collect documents (bank statements, IDs, financials, etc.)

Coordinate with our funding partners and submit completed files

Follow up with clients to keep the file moving until funded

? You're a Great Fit If You Have:

Excellent spoken & written English

Experience in sales, customer service, or lending (MCA, real estate, or mortgages a big plus)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

A positive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

? Bonus Points If You Have:

MCA or business loan experience

Knowledge of credit underwriting, cash flow analysis, or financial documents


???? Work Schedule: Full-time, U.S. business hours
???? Pay: Competitive, based on experience + bonuses for funded deals
???? Tools: CRM, Google Drive, email, phone/Zoom, online document management
