We are seeking a highly innovative and results-driven Virtual Assistant & Social Media Marketing Specialist with a passion for storytelling, visual content creation, and digital growth. You will be the voice and face of ENAVI online, managing all digital platforms to enhance our brand, drive engagement, and generate leads.
This is a key marketing position—ideal for a self-motivated, creative thinker who can work independently and demonstrate proven results in driving digital engagement and boosting sales.

????? Key Responsibilities
???? Virtual Assistance
• Provide administrative support to the agency’s leadership team
• Maintain organized digital files and schedules
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and email correspondence
• Assist with recruitment communications and caregiver coordination
???? Social Media & Marketing Management
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for all ENAVI social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
• Design and edit high-quality videos, reels, and graphic content showcasing our services, caregivers, and client stories
• Create, post, and manage engaging, SEO-optimized content across platforms
• Monitor and analyze metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
• Run targeted paid ad campaigns to generate leads and caregiver applicants
• Respond to inquiries, messages, and comments promptly and professionally
???? Visual Branding & Creative Strategy
• Design branded visuals, flyers, digital brochures, and storyboards
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns and community awareness projects
• Stay updated on trends and tools in social media marketing and apply best practices
???? Marketing & Sales Support
• Track lead generation sources and conversions
• Design landing pages and digital funnels for caregiver and client intake
• Maintain ENAVI’s online business listings and review platforms
• Assist in creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters

? Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Virtual Assistant
• Proven record of increasing brand visibility and driving sales through online platforms
• Excellent video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email platforms is a plus
