We're looking for a detail-oriented, SEO-savvy virtual assistant to help manage and grow our video content across multiple platforms. This is not a video editing job—we already have editors. Your role is to optimize, schedule, and publish content to get more eyes on what we’ve already created.

Work Hours & Compensation:
20 hours per week
Flexible schedule
$3.5-5 USD per hour (based on experience)
Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal
Your Main Responsibilities:
Upload and publish videos on YouTube, TikTok,
Write SEO-driven titles, descriptions, and captions
Create basic thumbnails (Canva or similar tools if needed)
Use Asana to manage tasks and content calendar
Communicate via Google Chat or within Asana task comments
Schedule and repurpose content across platforms
Track views, reach, and performance metrics
You Must Have:
At least 1 year of experience managing social media channels
A strong understanding of YouTube SEO
Ability to write engaging and keyword-rich captions/titles
Basic graphic design skills (for thumbnails)
Strong English writing and communication skills
Familiarity with Asana or a similar project management tool
Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines
Bonus If You Have:
Real estate or lifestyle content experience
Skills in light video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Ability to engage with followers in comments or DMs
