We are a growing company in need of a Virtual Assistant (VA) for cold calling property managers and landlords to acquire corporate leases for short-term rental properties. Your primary role will be to initiate calls, explain our leasing program, and negotiate terms for long-term, corporate leases.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to property managers and landlords in targeted regions (mainly Charlotte, NC, to start)
Introduce our company as a corporate housing provider that signs multi-year leases for professionals (business executives, consultants, traveling medical staff, etc.)
Explain the benefits of working with us, emphasizing guaranteed rent, professional tenants, and property care
Answer property manager/landlord questions, overcome objections, and follow up if needed
Log details from calls and maintain an organized list of leads
Send follow-up
Set appointments or forward interested leads to our leasing team
Qualifications:
Experience in cold calling or sales (preferably in real estate or property management)
Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, clear, friendly, and confident on the phone)
Ability to handle objections smoothly and professionally
Familiarity with corporate leasing and the short-term rental industry is a plus but not required
Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads and follow up efficiently
Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environment
Comfortable using CRM tools or Google Sheets to track leads and progress
Bonus: Experience with virtual assistants working in real estate, property management, or corporate housing
