Instagram Account Management

About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Instagram Account Setup Specialist to “warm up” and configure new brand accounts using Crane and our provided assets. You’ll be responsible for initial profile builds, engagement patterns, and basic organization in Airtable—using a jailbroken iPhone 7, 8, or X.

**Key Responsibilities**

Account Warm-Up:
- Follow/unfollow routines, scheduled likes, and organic engagements via Crane to build credibility.
- Monitor daily activity to avoid blocks or flags.

Profile Configuration:
- Upload and optimize profile photos, bios, highlights, and story templates from our asset library.
- Populate Airtable with account credentials, posting schedules, and performance notes.
VPN Management:
- Route all Crane and Instagram traffic through approved VPN endpoints to simulate target markets.
- Troubleshoot any connectivity or IP-related issues.

Reporting & Handoff:
- Maintain Airtable logs of daily progress (follower counts, interactions, flags).
- Prepare a “ready-to-launch” summary for handoff to the growth team.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 1 month managing or warming up Instagram accounts for business or growth purposes.

Technical Skills:
- Comfortable with jailbroken iPhone 7, 8, or X—installing and maintaining Crane and related tweaks.
- Proficient in setting up and using VPN apps on iOS.
- Basic familiarity with Airtable (data entry, views, simple filters).

Tools:
- Hands-on experience with Crane (or similar Instagram automation tools).
- Communication & Organization:
- Clear, concise logging of progress and issues in Airtable.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and flag any anomalies promptly.
