This isn’t about managing tasks or chasing creatives for deliverables. You’ll be managing company-wide KPIs, creating financial and performance dashboards, building hiring pipelines, developing meeting cadences and agendas, and acting as the operational backbone of the company. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and accounting to generate financial projections, invoice clients, and monitor margin health. You’ll lead internal hiring and firing decisions, maintain operational SOPs, and manage the rhythm of the business from quarterly planning to weekly execution.
You must have 10+ years of agency operations experience, a proven track record of managing teams and systems, and a mind for both macro-level strategy and micro-level precision.
Role Overview
Title: Operations Manager
Status: Full-Time / Remote (Ideal for candidates in the Philippines or Pakistan)
Salary: $2,500 - 3,500/month USD
Bonuses: Performance-Based Incentives

Reports To: Founder/CEO
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Tracking and analyzing company KPIs across departments
Building and maintaining spreadsheets, scorecards, and reporting dashboards
Collaborating with the accounting team on financial projections, cash flow planning, and client invoicing
Developing and facilitating meeting agendas, planning rhythms, and company calendars
Leading hiring, onboarding, and performance management for team and contractors
Managing day-to-day agency operations, team alignment, and system optimization
Creating and maintaining SOPs and documentation for every core operational function
Working closely with the CEO to translate vision into execution
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience inside a digital marketing or advertising agency
Mastery of operations, finance basics, and organizational leadership
Proven ability to design, manage, and improve internal systems and workflows
Extremely detail-oriented, structured, and driven by performance metrics
Strong communication skills—written and verbal—and comfort working remotely across time zones
Bonus if you’ve worked with GoHighLevel (GHL), ClickUp/Asana, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
