• Search for real estate related podcasts, reach out and DM to help get me on their as a guest interview to create more online presence
• Grow social network - Add recent real estate agents, clients, and loan officers to Facebook, Instagram, and linkedin friend requests
• Use Value-Add promotions/scrips we’re offering to create professional social media content and DM’s to prospect realtors and loan officers to book appointments
• Post edited content to Facebook, Instagram, linkedin and Youtube
• Market update Monday and Value Bomb Thursday create weekly content using ChatGPT and Jolt for email newsletters
• Utilize Canva to create and edit social posts
• Create video scripts utilizing chatgpt for loan officer to shoot videos with each week – get inspiration for interesting topics and ideas from other loan officers content on social media
• Advertise homebuyer education courses on social media

Customer Engagement
• Call past clients on first payment, homestead, schedule an annual mortgage review
• Deploy created playbooks and content to loan officer recruits monthly
• Reply to Google reviews
• Schedule Zoom buyer education courses with Calendly, when applying put "WOW" in the title of your application
