Company: Commercial Investors Group – A Commercial Real Estate Investment, Brokerage &
Leasing Firm
Location: Remote (Must be available 8am–5pm Central US Time)

Overview:
Commercial Investors Group is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead
and manage all aspects of marketing and lead generation efforts across our three core verticals:
tenant leasing, property acquisitions, and capital raising. This role requires exceptional
organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for driving measurable results
through both digital and direct marketing.
You will oversee a team of vendors and freelancers across multiple channels, with one ultimate
scorecard: qualified meetings generated weekly for the sales team. This is a full-time
opportunity with competitive base compensation plus a performance bonus per qualified
meeting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Marketing & Media Strategy
-Create and manage a consistent content calendar leveraging Mike Sowers' book,
podcast, and thought leadership
-Oversee writing, editing, graphics, and video teams to produce shareable and on-brand
content
-Relaunch podcast episodes and automate scheduling via Go High Level and other
platforms
-Manage email newsletters and repurposed social media content across platforms

2. Cold Outreach & Direct Marketing
-Oversee cold prospecting efforts across sellers, tenants, investors, and referral partners
-Build and scrub lead lists, manage skip tracing and segmentation
-Coordinate campaigns via email, SMS, voicemail drops, and direct mail
-Set up automation workflows in Go High Level and integrate with other tools using
Make. com
-Track, optimize, and report on campaign performance

3. Listing Coordination
-Oversee real estate listings - asset creation, photos, floor plans, videos, offering
memorandums
-Ensure listings are syndicated across Crexi, LoopNet, Catylist, MLS, and social
platforms
-Reverse-prospect and proactively drive traffic to leasing and sale opportunities
-Coordinate broker email blasts and generate listing leads

4. Paid Ads Strategy
-Design and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
-Research keywords, ensure compliance, and manage ad creative and landing pages
-Optimize ad spend for performance, targeting conversions (qualified meetings)

5. Special Projects
-Lead additional marketing or growth-related initiatives as assigned by the CEO
-Manage budgets and external resources to execute effectively and efficiently

Requirements:
3+ years in marketing and lead generation (real estate experience a major plus)
-Proven experience leading outsourced teams and freelancers
-Familiarity with Go High Level CRM and campaign automation
-Strong command of English (written and spoken)
-Excellent organizational and project management skills
-Experience managing budgets and marketing vendors
-Detail-oriented but creative, with strong design and aesthetic sensibility
-High-speed internet, dual monitors, backup internet/power setup

Compensation:
-Full-time role with base salary + performance pay per qualified meeting paid monthly
