JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a creative studio that builds standout brands and websites—and we’re ready to bring on a savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us stay consistent, organized, and on top of our client experience.

This role isn’t just scheduling content or sending emails (though you’ll do that too). We’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of a small, creative team and comfortable communicating with clients, supporting light admin tasks, and keeping our content engine moving.

Content + Marketing

Write and schedule social media captions using Later (mostly Instagram + LinkedIn)
Draft and schedule emails using ---------- (light marketing, client updates, newsletters)
Format blog posts and make content updates (we’ll provide guidance and outlines)
Suggest post ideas or marketing tweaks
Track what’s working and flag opportunities with monthly reporting

Creative/Design
 
Build brand style guides
Design social media posts
Create reels
Repurpose content into short-form videos or reels

Client Support + Admin

Send client check-in emails and light updates
Build kick off decks
Manage and track client deliverables and timelines
Keep shared files organized in Google Drive
