Marketing Assistant

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is a dynamic and growing healthcare staffing agency dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with facilities that need them most. We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help us grow our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Design simple graphics and visuals using tools like Canva
- Support email marketing campaigns by drafting copy and managing contact lists
- Conduct online research to support marketing strategies and competitor analysis
- Assist with website content updates and blog post formatting
- Track analytics for social media and email campaigns and provide performance summaries
- Manage and organize digital marketing assets and content calendars
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal use

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative support role (freelance or agency experience a plus)
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using project management tools like ----------
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, email marketing, content marketing)

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Crelate)
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Basic video editing skills are a plus

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Time
