Senior Graphic Designer 6+ years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced designer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in both digital and print design. You will be responsible for developing a cohesive and engaging visual identity across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency while driving creativity and innovation. You must be able to work autonomously, manage your time effectively, and take initiative on design-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
• Maintain and update existing brand and marketing materials.
• Optimise graphics for various web platforms (understanding of image sizing and compression for performance is essential).
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to deliver engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and initiate design tasks that enhance our brand presence.

About You:
• Minimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital and print work (must be submitted with application).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of web image standards and responsive design considerations.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a deep appreciation for brand aesthetics.

Bonus Skills:
• Basic video editing and animation (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
• Understanding of accessibility in design.
