Ecommerce VA (Shopify + Klaviyo + SEO) for UK Haircare Brand – 15–20 hrs/week

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time and help grow our fast-growing natural haircare brand, Batanaful. We’re based in the UK with a strong global presence and a focus on ethically sourced Batana oil from Honduras.

You will support our Shopify site and email marketing systems, ensuring product pages, offers, and campaigns are kept up to date and optimised for conversions. Your work will help us reach more customers and increase sales with strong backend execution.

This role is backend-focused — our social media content is handled in-house, but you may assist with blog formatting or uploading testimonials.
