Savvy Leads is a start-up, U.S.-based digital marketing agency helping local service businesses grow through SEO, websites, and online advertising. We’re a small, agile team that believes in honest work, personal growth, and giving talented people the freedom to do what they do best.
Job Description:
As our new Business Development Rep, your main role will be calling local business owners, introducing them to our services, and booking high-quality appointments for our sales team. You’ll also help with some admin tasks and gradually learn parts of the business operations. We want someone who’s hungry to grow and excited to be part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
-Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based small business owners
-Follow a script (but make it sound natural!) and qualify leads
-Book appointments for our sales team
-Keep organized call notes in our CRM
-Help with light admin tasks and stay flexible as offers evolve
-Hit weekly appointment goals (3+ per day is the target)
Requirements:
-Fluent English speaker with clear, confident communication
-Experience in cold calling or B2B appointment setting
-Comfortable making high volumes of calls per day
-Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
-Willing to learn and grow with a small but ambitious team
-Available to work U.S. business hours or have some overlap
Compensation:
$500/month base pay following a reduced pay trial period (1-2 months, depending on performance)
Opportunity for raises, bonuses, and commissions as the company grows
