Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) – U.S. Sales | Remote | Night Shift | Full-Time
We’re hiring an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) based in the Philippines to join our high-performing sales team.
This is a real sales role — not an appointment setter position. We're looking for someone who can follow a clear sales strategy, think beyond a script, and hold meaningful, natural conversations with business owners in the U.S. to book qualified product demos.

Location: Remote – Based in the Philippines
Work Hours: 11 PM–7 AM PH Time | 8 AM–4 PM MT (U.S. business hours)
Type: Full-Time | Long-Term
Compensation: $8/hour | 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound cold calls daily to U.S.-based home improvement business owners.
Engage prospects in real conversation to spark curiosity and book qualified demos.
Use phone,
Communicate the value of our sales technology in a way that connects with the prospect’s needs.
Track and manage all activity and outcomes in the CRM with accuracy.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly demo booking targets.
Collaborate with the team to share insights, improve messaging, and test new outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of cold calling experience with U.S. businesses.
A proven track record of booking product demos, not just setting appointments.
Someone who has stayed in previous roles 1 year or longer — we’re looking for stability and commitment.
Fluent, conversational English with a tone that clicks with American business owners.
Strong understanding of U.S. culture, communication norms, and buying behavior.
Comfortable using talking points, but able to improvise naturally when needed to move the conversation forward.
Confident in live conversation, with excellent tone control, active listening, and objection handling skills.
Able to discuss past performance and share real KPIs and metrics.
100% available to work night shift, with reliable internet and a quiet work environment.
Ready to role-play a cold call during the interview process.
