In this role, you’ll be the creative force behind our agency’s web design projects, crafting beautiful and functional designs for clients. Your mission is to create high-quality Figma designs that align with our clients’ needs and elevate their online presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

Research and analyze client requirements to create tailored web design concepts in Figma.

Design visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are accurately implemented.

Manage and organize design files, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the team.

Report on your progress and share design wins with the team.


What We’re Looking For:

Excellent design skills with proficiency in Figma for creating web interfaces.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Familiarity with web design trends and tools to create modern, responsive layouts.

Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and superb organizational skills.

A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for designing impactful user experiences.

Full-time position with a starting salary of $500/month, with room for growth based on performance.
