We're Hiring: Jr. SEO Specialist at Crimson Media Group

Full-Time (40hrs/week)
Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

Crimson Media Group is looking for a Jr. SEO Specialist to join our growing team! If you're passionate about SEO, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love optimizing websites to rank like a boss—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Jr. SEO Specialist, you'll work closely with our SEO and Account Management teams to:
Optimize client websites and landing pages for local and organic search.
Manage and update Google Business Profiles (GBP) and ensure content is consistent and strategic.
Assist in writing and optimizing monthly SEO blog posts and website content.
Handle press releases and off-page SEO tasks (like backlinks and citation building).
Monitor rankings and SEO performance using reporting tools and update team dashboards.
Execute SEO strategies and implement recommendations based on performance data.
Set up and manage recurring SEO tasks inside ClickUp.

You're a Great Fit If You:
Have at least 1 year of SEO experience (agency experience is a big plus!)
Are super comfortable using all the SEO tools listed above
Have great communication skills and can collaborate with other teams
Are proactive, organized, and can work independently
Are familiar with content optimization and SEO copywriting (a bonus!)
