Italian-speaking customer support agent

We are an e-commerce company that is spread in 16 countries and we are looking for a customer support specialist that can help our clients via telephone. In our catalog you will find different kinds of products that are promoted and sold via the platforms Facebook and Instagram, but also via phone calls. We have products like children's toys, car accessories, products for home and garden, clothes etc.
What we are looking for, is a skilled person that is speaking fluently Italian language.
The ideal candidate is a person that speaks English and Italian language, and doesn't have difficulty to call and sell our products to the clients.
The position is 100% remote, so you get the freedom to work anywhere you want. The work is 3 to 4 days per week, from 3 to 8 hours per day.
You will receive complete mentoring and introduction to your assignment.
