I’m an entrepreneur building a portfolio of digital ventures and seeking a proactive virtual assistant to learn, research, and help execute new business ideas.
You’ll work directly with me, applying AI tools to Amazon product research, vendor outreach, and new tech opportunities (like building AI agents for restaurants and other small businesses).

You don’t need to be an expert in everything — just resourceful, hungry to learn, and ready to build with me.

Typing speed of 35 WPM+ and reliable internet connection.

About the job/responsibilities

Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek to research FBA Private Label and Arbitrage products.

Communicate with vendors on Alibaba and similar platforms.

Watch business courses or presentations and create execution plans.

Brainstorm and draft automation strategies (e.g., using n8n and Claude).

Help build SOPs and hiring workflows for future hires.

Hours & Pay:

40 hrs/week to start, with the opportunity.

Flexible hours but prefer at least 2 hrs overlap with UK time zone.

Starting pay based on experience, plus bonuses for performance.

Payment every week initially

Bonuses paid for high-quality work

13th-month payment

Salary review each year at least

2 days of paid holiday for every day worked - total 24 days

Paid Holiday on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day (5 Days - not included in your personal holiday)

Salary

Starting at $350/month for 40 hrs/week. After 1-month trial, increase to $400–$450 based on performance + results.

Bonuses for successful product research, automation workflows, or deals closed.
