Virtual Assistant (Experienced) For Shopify E-Commerce Stores

We’re looking for a highly reliable Virtual Assistant to support and improve the backend operations of our Shopify-based e-commerce Fashion stores. You’ll be responsible for maintaining order flow, supplier communication, inventory updates, and reporting — across multiple stores.

You must be experienced, fast-learning, and capable of improving existing systems where possible.


• Starting Salary: $3/hr
• Part-time to full-time depending on performance
• 100% Remote | Flexible but consistent hours

Your Main Responsibilities:
• Requesting quotations from suppliers & maintaining price spreadsheets
• Updating product pages: out-of-stock sizes/colors
• Tracking orders via Parcel Panel & following up with suppliers and customer service (if >5 days delay)
• Keeping detailed status spreadsheets per store
• Checking invoices + cancellation sheets from suppliers
• Making sure canceled items are properly refunded by the supplier
• Filling in weekly profit sheets


What we’re looking for:
• Proven VA experience in Shopify & E-commerce operations
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain structured reporting
• A fast learner who picks up systems quickly — or brings better ones to the table
• Communicates clearly and works independently
• Able to start immediately and eager to grow into a key backend role


Additional tasks you will learn (and later oversee):
• Product listing
• Campaign launching (including test budgets: $10/$20/$30)
• Daily ROAS & performance checks

You’ll eventually help ensure the rest of the team is doing this correctly after completing your own tasks.
