Video Ad Editor for E-commerce Brand / Shopify Dropshipping

Hello everyone! I hope the job search hasn't been too stressful. I will make this job post as easy as possible to digest and understand.

I'm looking for an experienced video editor to create ads for one of my growing e-commerce stores. Your main task will be sourcing video clips online and recreating ads that I will provide. If you have experience editing UGC content, creating ads that convert, and are skilled with video editing software like Capcut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro, this could be perfect for you! If you have been hired to make video ads for a dropshipping store or e-commerce brand, you should definitely apply!

Requirements:
- MINIMUM 1 year of WORKING experience editing & creating video ads
- Creating and editing UGC content and ads
- Strong skills in CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Ability to find and use video clips online
- Understands current social media trends, styles, and what makes content perform well on TikTok, Facebook, & Instagram
- Comfortable with Canva (or any photo editing software) for photo editing
- Attention to detail personality, ability to catch small errors.
- Clear English communication

*Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI image generation tools like ChatGPT image generator and Midjourney
- Experience with AI UGC generation like Arcads and HeyGen

Your Daily Tasks:
- Recreate and edit ads. An example ad and voiceover script will be provided
- Finding appropriate clips online to create & enhance ads
- Making revisions based on feedback
- Edit photo ads with my direction
- Cutting and organizing raw footage (i.e, unboxing, close up, reaction, hook)

This position will begin part-time for the first month (can be negotiable). It will then transition to a full-time position. Salary is paid bi-weekly and will be based on your experience and skill level. Long-term editors eventually lead teams and become creative strategists, earning profit percentages.
