We are a fast-growing dropshipping company operating multiple Shopify stores across Europe and worldwide. Our stores specialize in women’s fashion, and our mission is to offer stylish, high-quality products with a seamless shopping experience to customers globally.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is passionate, proactive, and experienced in fashion dropshipping. This is more than just answering
???? What You'll Be Doing:
Provide responsive and friendly customer support via
Actively track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues such as delays, lost packages, or faulty items.
Follow up on faulty or delayed orders and communicate with customers when necessary.
Handle failed deliveries by contacting customers promptly to find a solution and prevent chargebacks.
Maintain a low chargeback rate by staying on top of any customer dissatisfaction before it escalates.

? Requirements:
Proven experience in fashion dropshipping customer service is a MUST.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
Proactive and independent – you don't wait for instructions, you anticipate needs.
Tech-savvy and familiar with Shopify, tracking tools, Google Sheets, and customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.).
Willing to work flexible hours to match our customer base (Europe + Australia).
