Manga/Manhwa Video Editor/ Pay $2.1 Per Minute of Edit

Hi! I'm looking for a video editor who is familiar with editing Manga/Manhwa Recaps in Premiere Pro. The pay will be $2.1 Per Minute of editing. Here's an example of the edit style where it's syncing the manga/manhwa panels to the audio and adding a smooth transition: ----------

Requirements:
you will need to be editing in the latest version of premiere pro and no other software than premiere pro as you will be sending me the project files at the end of each order

cut out the silence/pauses in the audio to make the audio sound smooth.
blur out any images that may be explicit/suggestive in the manga/manhwa.
take high quality screenshots from the manga/manhwa and sync it with the audio with a transition effect
Use premiere pro 59.94 fps settings

Delivery time for for 60-90 minutes of content should be 3 days and the pay will be $2.1 per minute, so 90 minutes of content will pay $189

I will be judging your video editing skills based on the following:

1. How well the visuals used match what the voice over is saying. It should be well-timed and accurate.
2. How well you emulate the sample video's style of editing, from the stacking, the panelling, the effects, etc.
3. Overall look and sound of the video - how seamless the transitions are, how good the volume control is, etc.

I will be doing a 30 second paid trial to assess the quality of your work.
