Looking for a Social Media Manager VA with graphic + video design skills

I'm looking for a part time VA for social media management and ability to create graphic + video design to make engaging reels and short clips.


Candidates responsibilities:
1. Growing user base on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Will be able to think outside the box and have strong marketing strategies/skills by coming up with engaging concepts/ideas.
3. Familiarity with marketing Airbnb/VRBO (vacation rentals) will be a BIG plus.
4. Managing various administration tasks using Google Drive, Google Doc, Google Sheet, WhatsApp, email, etc.

Candidate will be spending about 80% of the time for responsibility #1 and #2, and about 20% for responsibility #3 and #4.
Position: part time (4 hours/day)

The perfect candidate should have the following traits:

- Technical oriented mindset and able to evolve quickly. A new tech today, is an old tech tomorrow.
- Goal driven & efficiency mindset. (If a task can be completed today, then it'll be completed today. If a task can be solved in a better/more efficient way which takes less time, then let's do it that way).
- Awareness in a sense of urgency. (A critical issue need to be taken care of on the spot and closed appropriately and should not be stretched till later).
- A sense of ownership and pride. (Feel proud of a job well done, but at the same time, acknowledge a poorly executed job and learn from it without blaming others).
- Able to put one's self into the other people's shoes (perspective).
- Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box. (Ability to see a new process and learn it fast without having to reinvent the wheel).
