Social Media Lead Generation Specialist – Guest Interaction & Travel Group Engagement (Hospitality)

We run several successful hospitality and travel-related businesses—including hotels, vacation rentals, and travel planning services—with a focus on delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Now, we’re growing our team and looking for a proactive, social-savvy lead generation specialist who can turn conversations into calls and inquiries.

This is not your typical social media job. You will be on the front lines of interaction—joining travel-related groups, jumping into conversations, offering value, and driving real customer engagement.

???? Role Overview:
Your mission is simple but powerful: generate qualified leads by becoming an active voice in travel groups, community pages, and relevant online spaces. You’ll interact directly with potential guests, respond to their posts or comments, and subtly guide them to reach out to our travel companies for help with their next getaway.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Join and monitor Facebook groups and online communities related to:

Travel planning

Family vacations

Branson, MO travel and attractions

Hotel and rental property discussions

Start and join conversations that align with our services

Respond to group member questions with helpful advice, introducing our services naturally

Generate calls and inquiries by positioning our business as the go-to solution

Track and report leads generated from interactions

Identify high-opportunity groups and posts daily

Stay updated on trends in travel conversations and optimize outreach tactics

????? Tools You’ll Use:

Facebook Groups

Messenger (chat follow-ups)

Google Sheets (to log leads)

CRM or communication hand-off tools (GoHighLevel and Others Available)

? What We’re Looking For:
Strong written English and natural, friendly communication style

Previous experience in social media engagement or lead generation

Understanding of travel or hospitality is a big plus

Ability to think on your feet and adapt messaging based on the conversation

High attention to detail and a knack for spotting opportunities in everyday posts

Able to work independently with clear daily expectations

Stable internet and social media-friendly device

???? Pay & Work Details:
Rate: $4 – $6 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses based on production and exceeding performance goals

Hours: 30-40 hours/week (flexible schedule, with some overlap to US daytime hours preferred)

Long-term role with opportunities to expand responsibilities
