???? What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Data Analyst & Assistant who is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly experienced in digital marketing analytics platforms. This is a long-term, part-time role with flexible hours and plenty of room for growth.
You must be proactive, independent, and know how to take action with minimal instruction.
???? Responsibilities:
Monitor, track, and analyze paid and organic marketing performance across multiple platforms
Set up and manage dashboards and reports in:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Meta Business Suite
Google Ads
Create and maintain custom dashboards in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) and Tableau
Provide regular reports and insights on:
Website traffic
Conversion rates
Ad performance
Funnel analytics
Collaborate with marketing managers to refine tracking strategies and tag implementations
Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI
???? Tools You’ll Use:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Meta Ads Manager
Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
Tableau (Bonus) - Please share your experience and history of using.
Google Sheets / Excel
Trello, Basecamp or other project management tools
? Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing analytics and reporting
Strong understanding of tracking strategies (UTMs, goals, events, conversions)
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit deadlines
Stable internet connection and reliable setup for remote work
???? Nice to Have:
Experience with data visualization in Tableau
Knowledge of the hospitality or travel industry
Familiarity with other paid ad platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
???? Compensation & Work Details:
Rate: $600+ Per Month (depending on experience)
Hours: 25–35 hours per week
Work schedule: Flexible, with some overlap during US business hours preferred
