Real Estate VA – Lead Generation & Cold Calling for Corporate Leases

I’m looking for a reliable and confident virtual assistant to help with:

- Finding rental properties online (Zillow)
- Calling landlords and leasing agents using our script
- Sending follow-up messages and logging results
- Scheduling appointments with interested landlords
- Managing lead details in Google Sheets

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable making cold calls (with a friendly, warm tone)
- Organized and consistent — you’ll be tracking leads daily
- Previous VA, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven system

Tools You’ll Use:

- Google Voice or Skype
- Zillow

Compensation:

$4–6/hour to start
- Pay increases based on performance
