Short-term QuickBooks data entry project

We are looking for help entering data, such as invoices, AP, expenses, bank transactions, etc., into QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2019. You will receive Excel spreadsheets from which you will need to enter data into the .qbb file we provide, and return the file upon completion. It is important that you work in the same version of QuickBooks as ours.

This is a short-term project, and we'll probably start with 2 - 4 hours.
If everything works well, we'll be working with you on an ongoing basis, i.e. quarterly bookkeeping for one company and once a year bookkeeping for a second company.

As we've never outsourced this task, any suggestions on how to organize the workflow, how to send you sales receipts for entering, etc., would be much appreciated.
