Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Metallurgist to join our technical team and lead the development, optimisation, and scale-up of metal recovery processes from e-waste streams. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can combine deep knowledge of extractive metallurgy with practical experience in refining metals from complex, low-grade electronic feedstocks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in extractive metallurgy, mineral processing, or precious metal refining
- Strong knowledge of leaching chemistry, electrorefining, precipitation, and smelting
- Experience with lab-scale testing and industrial process scale-up
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental compliance
Desirable Attributes
- Passion for sustainability and circular economy practices
- Hands-on experience working with non-traditional ores or low-grade feedstocks
- Proficiency in CAD or process simulation software
- Ability to work independently and communicate results clearly
