We’re an Australian-based Virtual Assistant agency that supports health and nutrition professionals, and we’re growing fast! We're on the lookout for a reliable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Admin Virtual Assistant to join our team immediately.
This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience supporting health professionals and is highly proficient in Practice Better and Kajabi.
Tasks includes:
- Managing
- Onboarding/offboarding clients and processing referrals via Practice Better
- Processing Medicare & client insurance rebates
- Creating and updating landing pages, sales pages, and lead magnet funnels on Kajabi
- Designing modern, scroll-stopping graphics and resources in Canva
Tools & Tech You’ll Be Using:
- Practice Better (must be proficient)
- Kajabi (must be proficient)
- ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
- Canva, Loom, YouTube, Instagram &

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- A fast learner who takes initiative and ownership
- Reliable, honest, and consistent in their work
- Willing to grow with us long-term and take on more responsibilities over time
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Hours:
- 10 hours/week to start (Monday–Friday)
- Must be available between 9AM – 6PM (Philippines Time)
- We prefer someone not currently working with other clients, as this role will expand quickly for the right person
