Take pride in supporting the voice, mission, and vision of Early Beginnings Wellness (EBW)—a holistic wellness centre and online business rooted in service to expectant parents, new families, breastfeeding mothers, and young children. Founded by Christina Hamill, EBW blends hands-on therapeutic care with insightful, forward-thinking online education and support.
We're looking for a creative, detail-loving, self-motivated Social Media & Admin VA who is eager to contribute to meaningful content creation, client nurturing, and brand presence across multiple platforms.
Your Role Will Include:
Social Media Tasks (using Early Beginnings Wellness branding):
Strategize and schedule content for Instagram and
Strategize and schedule content for LinkedIn articles.
Organize and repurpose evergreen content for Pinterest to drive traffic to EBW website
Support the launch and growth of the EBW YouTube channel (clip longer videos, create intro/outro templates, upload, optimize titles/descriptions)
Create visual content using Canva Pro and branded templates (e.g. quotes, educational graphics, promotional posts)
Assist with Reels and short-form video creation (sourcing trending audio, basic editing, text overlays, etc.)
Engage with followers (comment, like, reply to DMs) to foster a warm, trusting, and values-aligned community
Track analytics and provide monthly metrics for performance reports to help guide content direction
Help research trending topics relevant to conscious parenting, holistic wellness, and pre/postnatal support

Admin Tasks:
Upload blog content to WordPress (basic formatting and SEO tagging)
Organize content in Trello for tracking and workflow transparency
Create branded Google Docs (e.g. content planners, client resource guides)
Assist with light
Qualifications & Skills:
Advanced written and spoken English
Strong understanding of Instagram content strategy and engagement practices
Familiarity with YouTube growth strategies (or willingness to learn quickly)
Comfortable with Canva Pro, especially for Reels, video posts, and visual content
Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools
Experience with Pinterest (training to leverage Pinterest is available)
Familiar with WordPress or open to learning it
Experienced with Trello or adaptable to learning the platform
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Positive, creative, and detail-oriented
Loyal, honest, and grounded in integrity
Proactive problem solver with a strong growth mindset
Excellent time management and communication skills
Bonus If You Have:
Experience working with wellness brands, birth workers, or parent-focused communities
Understanding of SEO best practices for Pinterest, blogs, and YouTube
Interest in holistic health, maternity health, breastfeeding awareness, conscious parenting, or mindful family life.
