Real Estate Lead Generation Assistant

Welcome to the team! As a Real Estate Lead Generation Assistant, you play a crucial role in helping us find motivated sellers and secure off-market real estate deals.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Searching platforms like Zillow FSBO, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace for potential leads
• Identifying properties that show signs of distress or motivation to sell
• Messaging sellers using provided scripts
• Entering and updating lead information in our CRM
• Sending a short daily summary of activity and responses

This role is remote, flexible, and performance-driven. You’re expected to be consistent, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach to lead generation.

Every day you help me close, you earn more.
You’ll receive 7%–10% of the assignment fee on every deal you help close—paid as a performance bonus.

There is no limit to how many deals we can close in a month. The more quality leads you bring in, the more opportunities we have to win together. If no deals are made no worries, you’ll still be paid salary .
