HIRING: Figma Web Designer: Fast, Modern, Template-Based Builds

We’re looking for a skilled Figma designer who can create clean, modern website designs fast using existing templates, but making them pop.

We also have team managers based in the Philippines, so you can speak in Tagalog if you would like!

This isn’t a job for standard designers. We need someone who designs for conversion, not just aesthetics, knows how to take a template and elevate it, is confident in section layout, hierarchy, and UX, moves fast and meets deadlines, and understands modern brands and what looks cool in 2025.

Tasks include using and remixing high-quality Figma templates to build beautiful websites, following brand guides and creative direction, delivering homepage and 2 to 3 subpages quickly, and collaborating with a dev team (no coding required).

You should have at least 2 years of Figma experience, be obsessed with speed and quality, be able to provide a portfolio, and not be stuck in the dribbble aesthetic. We want real sites that convert. You should be familiar with brands like Notion, Stripe, Webflow, or modern agency sites.

Bonus if you’ve worked with conversion-focused brands or have light copywriting or placeholder text experience.

Pay starts at 6 aud per hour depending on skill. We’re open to full-time or project-based roles.
