Long-Term Amazon VA Wanted – Women’s Health Brand - 2 Years experience Required

We’re a U.S.-based women’s wellness brand that sells teas and supplements on Amazon. We’re growing fast and looking for a dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistant who’s confident, detail-oriented, takes initiative and ready to grow with us long-term.



What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and updating product listings using flat files (you must be experienced — we will ask you to do a test live on the interview to make sure you know how to do it off the top of your head)

Handling Amazon Seller Support cases and resolving listing issues

Daily monitoring of listings and account health

Customer service support (messages, issues, follow-ups)

Jumping in to help with random team tasks as needed


Must-Have Skills:

Expertise with Amazon flat files (again — we will test you!)

Experience handling listing issues and calling/chatting with Seller Support

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems

Reliable, organized, and comfortable with daily/recurring tasks

Excellent English communication

Team player who speaks up when something looks off

Self-motivated — we want someone who takes initiative
