As an Account Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the team, drive operational excellence, and build strong client relationships—all while helping shape the next chapter of Oysterly’s growth.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Social Media Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves working directly with clients.

You’re full of fresh ideas, prioritise like a true multitasking ninja, and have a genuine passion for social media.


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Ambassador: You are a subject matter expert in social media and are committed to continuous learning. Do you spend time scrolling TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to learn about the latest trends? Are you curious why one video has gone viral while another flopped? The ideal candidate has this curiosity, constantly analysing and experimenting to uncover what makes content stand out.

2.Problem Solver: With limited resources, you find solutions that deliver optimal results. You go above and beyond to act with the best intentions for your colleagues. We are a small but MIGHTY team at Oysterly. We are always thinking ahead and LOVE a good challenge. You can work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment that's constantly changing.
