Phone Support

We are seeking a reliable and articulate Phone Support to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, following up with clients as needed, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements:

*Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confidence speaking over the phone
*Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
*Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging
*Previous customer service or phone support experience is a plus
