JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoice reconciliation, supplier invoices, and general admin support.

This role also includes oversight of accounts payable processes handled by a junior tea ---------- mber (Christine), as well as responsibility for managing the staff roster in Timecloud.

Reconcile invoices
Process payroll (weekly/fortnightly), including superannuation and leave tracking
Maintain and manage the Timecloud staff roster system
Prepare and send client invoices, follow up on overdue payments
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Assist with HR documentation, onboarding, and compliance
Maintain accurate records and ensure up-to-date data entry
