Virtual Assistant for Luxury Concierge Brand – WhatsApp, Instagram & CRM

We’re Flairistt, a luxury concierge service based in London. We help clients source rare fashion items, exclusive bookings, and lifestyle experiences. We’re looking for a smart, reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage client communications, WhatsApp chats, Instagram DMs, and CRM admin.

You’ll work with high-end clients, help log leads in our system (HubSpot), and follow up professionally. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours and long-term potential.

Required skills
• Excellent written English
• Instagram DM management
• WhatsApp Business messaging (Web/Desktop)
• HubSpot CRM (or other CRM systems)
• Google Docs, Sheets, and email tools
• Client communication & etiquette
• (Bonus) Canva or content uploading
• (Bonus) Experience in fashion, concierge, or sourcing
