JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

As the Digital Advertising Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, with a primary focus on increasing website traffic and driving conversions. We are looking for a creative individual who can conceptualize and execute compelling ad creatives tailored to our brand aesthetic and target audience while also bringing your own creativity to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily management of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
Running Instagram/Facebook ad campaigns on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
Running and managing Google Ads to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
Analyzing ad performance data, identifying trends and insights, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Creating visually appealing ad creatives using platforms like Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools, ensuring consistency with our brand image and messaging.
Increasing website traffic through strategic Facebook ad campaigns and audience targeting.
Creating and testing different audience segments, analyzing performance, and refining targeting strategies for optimal results.
Collaborating with the creative team to develop new ad concepts and content ideas that resonate with our audience.

Experience:

In-depth knowledge of the US clothing market, including consumer trends and preferences.
Proven experience running, analyzing, and managing Facebook ad campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results.
Proficiency in creative design for ads, with the ability to produce engaging visuals and videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
