SEO Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Lending Website

Overview: We are a Boston-based hard money lender offering fast, hard money loans for real estate investors across the U.S. We’re seeking an experienced SEO Virtual Assistant to help us rank in the top 3 for keywords like “hard money loans,” “DSCR loans,” “bridge loans,” and “fix & flip financing,” in targeted cities and states. This is a part-time role (5–10 hours/week) with potential to grow, focused on on-page SEO, local SEO, content optimization, and link building.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent, location-specific keywords (e.g., “hard money loans Boston, MA”) using tools like Ahrefs or Google Keyword Planner.
• Optimize landing pages with targeted keywords, meta tags, headers, and internal links for cities like Boston, New York, and Hartford.
• Support content creation by drafting or editing blog posts (500–800 words) and outlines on topics like “Why Choose Hard Money Loans in New England.”
• Build local SEO presence by updating Google Business Profile, creating citations (e.g., Yelp, Yellow Pages), and encouraging client reviews.
• Perform outreach for link building, targeting real estate or finance blogs and directories for guest posts or listings.
