???? We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant for Social Media Reels & Content Creation ????????

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and fluent in video editing and social media content creation? We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us level up our social media presence — especially on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms — by editing reels, designing graphics, and creating eye-catching content that drives traffic, likes, and engagement.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Edit and post short-form video content (Reels) across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Create engaging thumbnails, story graphics, banners, and other visual content
Optimize posts for views, likes, and shares (know what trends!)
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for cross-platform growth
Assist in scheduling and managing content calendars
Help brainstorm creative hooks and concepts that align with our brand
? What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience editing Reels, TikToks, or short-form video content
Proficiency in tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
An eye for design, branding, and social media trends
Ability to take raw video and turn it into something that pops
Familiar with hashtag strategy, captions, and growth tactics
Bonus: Experience in real estate or coaching space (not required)
???? This is a remote, part-time role (with potential to grow).
