US Stock market trader

Job Description:
I am looking to hire a skilled and disciplined Day Trader / Options Trader to assist in trading the U.S. stock market. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in options trading-specifically buying and selling calls and puts-and capable of conducting technical and fundamental analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role that requires experience, consistency, and a solid understanding of market dynamics. Experience in crypto or forex is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Trading in U.S. markets with a strong focus and deep understanding of options strategies (buying/selling calls and puts)
• Perform technical and fundamental analysis to identify high-probability setups
• Monitor financial news and market-moving events to support trading decisions
• Maintain a trading journal and track performance metrics
• Apply effective risk management to preserve capital and grow the account
• Open communication and regular reporting
• (Optional) Trade crypto and/or forex markets based on experience and opportunity
• Knowledge of macroeconomic fundamentals that affect U.S. markets
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
• Ability to work during U.S. market hours (EST)
