Role Overview
As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact in our multi-entity ecosystem. You’ll leverage proven scripts and dynamic outreach sequences (cold & warm) to initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our loan officers & real estate advisors. You’ll partner with our AI-augmented CRM workflows, collaborate closely with sales managers, and consistently hit KPIs to fuel deal flow across Notice of Sale, Probate, ADU financing, commercial retail, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Execute high volume outbound calls, SMS, and
-Relationship Building: Establish rapport quickly, uncover pain points, and position Capital Direct Funding’s solutions.
-Customized Messaging: Tailor scripts on the fly to match client profiles—borrowers, heirs, investors, developers.
-Lead Qualification: Use our scorecard criteria (property status, financing needs, urgency) to prioritize high value leads.
-Appointment Setting: Schedule 10–15 qualified appointments daily, coordinating with onshore loan officers and real estate brokers.
-CRM Management: Log all activities, dispositions, call notes, and next steps in HubSpot/GoHighLevel/RealNex.
-Continuous Improvement: Participate in weekly coaching, roleplays, KPI reviews, and refine your outreach based on data & feedback.
What You Bring
-Proven Hustle: 2+ years appointment setting or telesales experience—ideally in real estate or finance.
-Communication Mastery: Clear, persuasive English; strong active listening skills; adapts tone & style.
-Tech Fluency: Comfort with multiple CRMs (HubSpot, RealNex, GoHighLevel), VoIP, SMS tools, Zoom.
-Self Starter: Highly self motivated, goal driven, thrives under autonomy & remote accountability.
-Metrics Driven: Obsessed with KPIs (dials, contact rate, appointment rate), uses data to improve daily.
-Cultural Fit: Ownership mentality, growth mindset, resilience, and alignment with our mission to build multigenerational wealth.
-Time Management: Reliable with fixed schedules; punctual logging & Hubstaff tracking.
Nice to Have
