Procurement Analyst

Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented procurement analyst to help source heat-resistant epoxy products for white-label/private-label use. Your role will involve identifying qualified manufacturers, verifying technical specs, coordinating sample requests, and managing supplier communications.



Key Responsibilities
Source suppliers offering high-temperature epoxy products (200°C+ resistance)
Confirm white-label/private-label capability
Request and organize technical data sheets (TDS, MSDS, certifications)
Compare pricing, MOQs, and lead times
Prepare organized reports and updates

Requirements
Experience in product sourcing or procurement
Strong English communication and writing skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting
Attention to detail and good follow-through
Self-driven and able to work independently

Nice to Have
Knowledge of epoxy, adhesives, or coatings
Familiarity with compliance standards (UL, NSF, etc.)
Prior experience sourcing chemical or industrial products
