Virtual Assistant & Social Media for Wellness Speaker Influencer Brand

We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support my client’s rapidly expanding career as a global keynote speaker, high-profile consultant, and wellness industry thought leader. We work with elite clientele—including medical professionals, founders, and high-net-worth individuals—and need support from someone who is reliable, quick-thinking, and tech-savvy. This is a long term role with the ability to become full time and grow with the brand. This is not a position for beginner EA.
What We’re Looking For:
-Part time 25-30 Hours per week to start, can become full-time depending on Skillset and Efficiency.
- Highly organized and proactive thinker
- Fluent in English
-Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Able to work efficiently across time zones and platforms
- Fluent with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Canva, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Flodesk, ManyChat, and iCloud
-Must know how to Upload to Youtube Shorts and Long, Thumbnails, Frames, Pinterest Business, use ----------
- Comfortable using Mac, iPhone, and web-based collaboration tools
- Experience managing inboxes, scheduling, social media assets, digital workflows, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Bonus if you’ve worked with high-profile entrepreneurs, speakers, or influencers
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar + travel coordination
- Inbox management and professional correspondence
- Social media support (posting, tracking content edits, collaborating with editors)
- Podcast + media coordination
- Light graphic support using Canva templates
- Managing project timelines with creative and marketing teams
- Assisting with affiliate + brand relationship tracking
This role requires precision, attention to detail, and able to work in a fast paced environment and multi tasks efficiently.
