YOUR MISSION

Run every aspect of Zumi’s social presence—from strategy to swipe?worthy visuals and paid?ad assets—while using AI to punch far above a one?person headcount.


WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Strategy & Channel Leadership
• Build 6?month roadmaps and weekly content calendars for IG, TikTok, X, FB, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
• Set KPIs (growth, engagement, CTR, conversion) and adjust in real time.

Visual & Brand Design
• Capture short?form video & stills, design graphics, and craft motion snippets.
• In?house video editor available for polish—yet you can self?edit when speed or creative control makes sense.

Paid Social & Ad Creative
• Transform organic posts and UGC into high?performing ad variants for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with performance?marketing teammates (or run light A/B tests yourself) to optimize hooks, captions, and thumbnails.

Influencer & Expert Collaborations
• Identify and build relationships with e?bike influencers, tech reviewers, and adventure creators.
• Coordinate seeding rides, reviews, and co?created content to boost social proof and channel growth.

AI?Powered Content Production
• Use Midjourney/Firefly for concept art, ChatGPT for first?pass copy—then refine for Zumi’s rebellious tone.
• Rapid?prototype memes, motion graphics, and UGC remixes.

Community & Creator Growth
• Engage daily with comments/DMs; turn FAQs into content.
• Source, clear, and repurpose rider UGC; manage micro?influencer seeding.

Performance Analytics
• Build dashboards (native insights, GA4, Looker) to track top vs. flop posts and ad ROAS.
• Present monthly learnings and next steps to leadership.


MUST HAVE SKILLS

4+ years combined experience in social media management and visual content creation (agency, brand, or creator)
Demonstrated success producing creative that scales across organic feeds and paid ads—and partnering with influencers/reviewers to amplify reach.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva, and AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).
Data?fluency—comfortable turning analytics into action for both engagement and ad performance.
Self?starter who thrives in startup chaos and ships fast with minimal oversight.
Tone chameleon: can write copy that’s witty one post, conversion?driven the next—and always on brand.


BONUS POINTS

Editing chops in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects (handy when you choose to own the whole post?production flow).
Experience in outdoor, mobility, or lifestyle tech brands.
Comfort on?camera for quick product explainers or ride?along videos.
Photo/video gear knowledge (mirrorless cameras, gimbals, mics).
