Remote Chatting Sales Representative

We are a growing digital agency seeking high-performing Chat Sales Agents to join our remote team. This is a text-only role focused on building connections through engaging conversations and driving digital product sales via chat platforms.

You’ll represent a curated persona, hold ongoing conversations with fans and followers, and guide them toward exclusive offers and content upgrades using proven scripts and conversational flows. Think of it as social sales with a personal touch.

(This role is ideal for persuasive writers, natural conversationalists, and people who enjoy connecting with others through text.)

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in real-time, text-based chats on behalf of a digital brand
- Build trust and long-term relationships through consistent messaging
- Use scripts and emotional triggers to convert chats into sales
- Encourage upgrades, exclusive offers, and tip-based engagement
- Log conversations and track performance in our CRM/chat dashboard
- Meet or exceed sales and retention KPIs

This is a full time position working 8-hour shifts, 5-7 days per week
Must be reliable and consistent with your chosen hours


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORr:
- Strong written English that sounds casual, confident, and persuasive***
- Understanding of sales psychology and emotional triggers (desire, curiosity, scarcity)
- Ability to follow and adapt scripted conversation flows
- Comfortable chatting in different tones and personalities (flirty, playful, supportive, etc.)
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple conversations
- Fast and stable internet connection + reliable PC***
- Self-motivated and results-driven
