Instagram Lead Nurturer/Virtual Setter For Pain Free Performance (rehab) Program

Big Dawg HQ is looking for a full-time, high-level virtual setter to join our team. Your mission: filter out the 99% of athletes who are best suited for our $25/month program — and identify the top 1% who are ready for our $2,000 elite coaching offer, and nurture them accordingly.

If you’ve spent years in DMs, building trust and qualifying leads for high-ticket programs, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing all inbound Instagram DMs using Manychat and Meta Business Suite
• Initiating warm outreach to our pre-qualified lead list
• Filtering leads by goals, pain points, and mindset — and directing them to the right offer:
• 99% of leads ? $25/month digital program
• Top 1% of leads ? $2,000 pain-free performance coaching program
• Identifying those with serious intent and booking them onto sales calls with Dennis (our co-founder)
• Answering objections and moving conversations forward naturally
• Keeping lead tags and CRM data organized inside GoHighLevel

Tools You’ll Use:
• Instagram
• Manychat
• Meta Business Suite
• GoHighLevel (CRM)

Who We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience nurturing warm leads to conversion
• Strong customer service background and natural sales instincts
• Comfortable writing confident, concise DMs to high-performing athletes
• High emotional intelligence — knows how to balance value, boundaries, and urgency
• Self-driven, consistent, and loves the hunt
• Bonus if you love sports, fitness, or performance training

Schedule:
• 10–12 hours/day during Eastern Time waking hours
• 6 days/week (you choose your off-day)
• Speed of reply is key — you should live in the DMs

Compensation:
• $1000 USD/month base
• Performance bonuses available based on qualified calls and closed deals
